• Executive Officer's Opinion piece  '... it is a policy failure if Govt spends $6.5bn purchasing offshore emission reduction credits and gets no permanent domestic emissions reduction.  The NZ Govt has assumed that to achieve a reduction of New Zealand's net greenhouse gas emissions target will require purchase of offshore credits.  Instead, spending that sum of money within New Zealand would not only achieve the required emissions reduction but would also create new employment, create new business, and asist regional economic growth...'
