Studies have time and again shown, that New Zealand has a technological renewable resource potential sufficiently large enough to allow for all current and future energy needs of the nation to be satisfied from renewable resources, and additionally sustain extensive exports of renewable fuels, or refined energy intensive commodities such as aluminium, nitrogen fertilizer or milk powder.
