IEA Bioenergy - Annual Report 2020

IEA Bioenergy aims to achieve a substantial bioenergy contribution to future global energy demands by accelerating the production and use of environmentally sound, socially accepted and cost-competitive bioenergy on a sustainable basis, thus providing increased security of supply whilst recucing greenhouse gas emissions from energy use.

This document contains the report of the IEA Bioenergy Executive Committee for 2020.  This year, we have presented a special feature 'Technical, ecological and economic assessment of biorefinery cases', prepared by Task 42.
