Occasional Paper 01: Policies and initiatives to assist early development of advanced biofuels market in NZ

During 2011 the author was awarded a Winston Churchill Trust Fellowship to visit Canada and Scandinavia to investigate policies and initiatives that could be applied in New Zealand to assist early development of an advanced biofuels market. Detailed reports of the visits to Canada and Scandinavia, entities and people visited are provided in Appendices A&B. The learnings from the visits have been summarised into the body of this report.
